Refund policy

SHIPPING: 

Pierce & Hide orders are processed and shipped from Holly Springs, NC. Unless notified, all orders will ship out within 72 hours of placement. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days). 

Holiday Exception- Orders placed during November and December will likely require additional processing time due to holiday volume. 

In an effort to keep shipping costs low, we provide $4 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $30. All purchases over $30 ship free! 

***If you would like to do a local pickup please just place in comments and shipping will be refunded. 

RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.

  • You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received. 

  • Please note that it can take up to one week to process returns upon receipt. Once received, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Pierce and Hide confirming this.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Pierce and Hide will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • Exchanges: you will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase. 

  • All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
